Erky and Perky live the dream at a Hot Dog Stand until the day they are swept away in a take-out bag. Landing in a suburban kitchen with no food in sight, these lazy bugs are forced to survive in this new and scary setting until they can find their way home.

ERKY
Erky is a funny, overweight loudmouth who thinks that others should do as he says. He schemes up crazy plans to get food.
PERKY
Perky likes to have fun and wants to be brave and strong. Erky is his closest friend and together they get into all sorts of trouble.
SALJUICA
Saljuica is a beautiful pink bug. She is itching to get out of the kitchen and into the big city. Saljuica is also Mad Margaret’s niece.
MAD MARGARET
Mad Margaret is Saljuica’s aunt. She is the boss of the kitchen and can fly, which helps her find food.
BOOF
Boof is sweet, strong and big. He loves to play games, especially ones where he can use his ball that he always has with him.
FRENZEL
Frenzel is gross, gross, gross. He is germy, immune to bug spray and is always coughing up clouds of dust.
MOLDY VAN OLDY
Moldy Van Oldy is the oldest of the bunch. He has lots and lots of stories but usually falls asleep before he finishes telling them.
CECIL
Cecil spies for Mad Margaret. He can also fly and makes a terrible sound when he is in the air, that hurts your ears.
STINKS
You can probably guess how Stinks got his name. He stinks! He has a gas problem and goes shooting across the room when he can’t hold it in any longer.
