What is Club Time Machine?
Club Time Machine is a virtual world in which children can play games, have fun, talk to other children, and learn about different elements from the past and the present. The world is meant for children of the ages 6 till 12. But everyone can be a member: in Club Time Machine you can discover many exciting Times and each Time is filled with games for the young and the old.
How do I become a member of Club Time Machine?
It's very easy to become a member of Club Time Machine! Go to our membership page and select one of the three paid memberships. You can also choose a free account, but then you can not travel to all Times.
Where can I find my activationcode?
After creating your Hoover account, your parents receive an e-mail from Club Time Machine. In this e-mail there is an activation link. Click on this link and your account will be activated.
I haven't received the e-mail with the activation code, what can I do?
Parents can request the activation code by logging into the Control Tools and select 'Request activation code'. Click on 'Send' and the activation code will be sent to the parent's E-mail address. Attention! Before requesting the activation code, check your trash or junk folders.
How do I change the password of my childs account?
• Choose "Change password". Parent/guardian: log in on this page.
• Enter the new password and confirm the new password.
• When the change has been succesful, you will see "Password has been changed".

Which payment methods do you accept?
Club Time Machine accepts several different payment methods for membership purchases. These include Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, iDeal. When you are making your purchase, a complete list of payment options will be presented.
Will my payment infromation be secure?
When you make a purchase on our site, your information is sent directly to your financial institution for verification. None of your financial information reaches our servers. Our secure certificate uses 256 bit encryption technology to ensure payment security.
What is your refund policy?
Memberships are non-refundable.
What currency do your prices reflect?

How soon does membership take effect?
Memberships will be activated as soon as payment is received. This will depend on the method of payment chosen.

Yes, your Hoovername stays the same, as well as your assets. But you need to upgrade your membership by selecting the 'Membership Renew or Upgrade' button on the membership page. After selecting your membership, you can enter your Hoovername and password and log in to become a paid member.
Can I transfer my account to another Hoover?
No, accounts are non-transferable.
Will my membership automatically renew?
Will my membership automatically renew? A membership will automatically be renewed when you select the “Credit Card” or "Pay Pal" method of payment from the list of payment methods. This membership will automatically renew to ensure uninterrupted service. You can cancel this membership at anytime.
My membership has expired! How do I renew my membership?

You can cancel your membership untill five weekdays before the end of the membership. To cancel a membership you need to log in to the Control Tools with the E-mail address with which you have activated your childs account. If you cancel your membership, your assets will go into storage and will be automatically retrieved when you re-subscribe within a year.

They are: Respect other Hoovers - Club Time Machine does not tolerate any swearing, cheating, bullying or mean behavior toward other Hoovers. Disciplinary action will be taken should any one of these occur while playing. Never reveal your personal information - The best way to stay safe online is to NEVER share your real name, phone number, address, email or passwords. No inappropriate talk - References to drugs and alcohol related activities, and sexual, racial or otherwise inappropriate talk are not permitted. No Cheating - Any use of third party programs to cheat is not allowed. Players who use any third party programs while playing risk being permanently banned.
